Sally is a social intrapreneur and executive. She brings a wealth of expertise in storytelling, partnerships, building and scaling impact-driven programs in challenging contexts both in the US and globally. Chief among her many talents is Sally's keen ability to build relationships across diverse stakeholders, conceptualize systemic challenges and galvanize consensus towards practical solutions.

She is the United States Co-Executive Director at PeacePlayers International, an award-winning global organization with a mission to use the power of sport to bridge divides and develop youth leaders in some of the most divided and disinvested communities in the US and globally. Her work involves institutional partners such as Nike, NBA, WSLAM, Kellogg Foundation and many others.

Sally takes pride in being an advocate and building bridges across cultures. Her cultural competence is credit to growing up on two continents, her natural curiosity and her significant international work experience across three continents including two years spent working in Northern Ireland and project-based work in Africa.
In addition, Sally is a Speaker, Board Advisor, Consultant in areas of youth leadership & economic empowerment, partnerships for social businesses, advancing women & girls through sport. She is regularly called on to share her expertise on panels, keynotes, and guest lectures including: VC-BootCamp Africa / Silicon Valley at Stanford GSB, Yale University Jackson School of Global Affairs, Columbia University, Wharton Business School, International Relations Council, United States Congress, and many others.
She is inspired by stories of overcoming and leaning into our unique stories to inform our leadership style. She is a Term Member at the Council of Foreign Relations; a Founding Member of The Post, a private community for former athletes in business; an Aspen IDEAS Fellow and a member of the American Express Leadership Academy Americas 2024 cohort.
